Next Advantage Enterprise (Buddy) Outage
Resolved - Customers using our Next Advantage Enterprise (Buddy) hosted voice solution have reported their services down from approximately 1730 AEST. Engineers have advised that the service have restored. They believe the fault was caused by switching equipment at the Equinox data centre. We apologise for any inconvenience.
